To ensure accuracy and precision, we take into account comprehensive information about your body's organs and systems. We employ a combination of functional testing, standard laboratory testing, and nutrigenomics, which examines how your unique genetic makeup interacts with various nutrients.
In order to create a highly customized plan, we rely on detailed questionnaires that cover your medical history, medications, exercise habits, food preferences, and more. Your honest responses enable us to construct a thorough and comprehensive plan that caters specifically to your needs.
Our plans encompass various elements, including DNA testing, detailed meal plans, DNA-supportive food recommendations, supplement suggestions, and lifestyle advice.
HOW IT WORKS
Initial phone consultation is free. During this call, we will discuss your goals, expectations, any major issues you would like to address. We will answer questions about the package options available to you.
Once you and your RDN have mutually agreed upon your desired package, you will receive an email to set up your account on our secure patient portal. Required intake forms to fill out are available to you on the portal.
Finances: Payments for any/all testing options selected are due prior to tests being ordered. The remainder of balance due for RDN time to analyze test results, write recommendations, and prepare your final plan are due prior to delivery. You will be notified when your report is ready. Final payment arrangements will be made at this time. Cost of your plan will not change.
